		We make every attempt to handle / ship / give a tracking # within 2 to 3 days after your order is made and payment is completed

Returns		Returns... We accept returns with money back or replacement, except on specific items and undamaged goods. The buyer is responsible for contacting me for instructions before returning any item in original packing.. We recommended that the buyer inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. Our lamps are known to be exceptionaly well packed.
		Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly replace a shipping damage article with the same item if you make a damage claim to us within 3 days of receipt of the item. There will be no restock fee. All unused returns must be in the original packaging In the case of returns, undeliverable or shipment refusals, or change of mind. the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee
